El Valle de Antón: 3 Days of Hiking and Exploring Nature in Panama
Nestled in the crater of an ancient volcano, El Valle de Antón offers a perfect escape from the hustle of Panama City. In just three days, I explored lush hiking trails, discovered vibrant wildlife, and wandered through a lively market brimming with local crafts and flavors. From panoramic views atop Cerro La Silla and La India Dormida to the charm of small-town life, this trip was filled with adventure and tranquility. Whether you’re craving a quiet retreat or an active getaway, El Valle has something magical to offer.
4 Days in Panama City: Solo Travel Through Culture and Cuisine
When my group tour was canceled, I decided to visit Panama City anyway—and I’m so glad I did. Over four days, I explored the historic streets of Casco Viejo, visited the Panama Canal, learned about Guna molas, and enjoyed some incredible food and drinks. From rooftop views to chocolate-making and monkey encounters, the city turned out to be a fantastic place for solo travel, full of culture, history, and a few surprises.
